Objective and Risks
  • Property Identification: We focus on areas located close to the ocean in high tourism areas. This is done by conducting a thorough review of the area, noting the ratio and types of businesses and residential housing. We then search for distressed properties that are currently vacant.

  • Repairs and Renovations: Depending on land prices and property conditions, repairs can range from light rehabilitation to complete demolition and rebuild.

  • Renting Out: We work with our extensive network of local and expat real estate agents to list properties. We also conduct our own direct marketing via web and social media.

  • Investment Structure: We use a standard share allocation where each project will have a total investment amount. Investors can buy shares of that project from 1% to 100%. Distributions will come once the properties are refinanced, sold via resale, or in the form of dividend payments per quarter until the final sale.

  • Return on Investment: The target is a total return of 35% over the investment period.

  • Risks: Standard market fluctuations for real estate and currency are the primary risks involved.
